BRIDAL & SPECIAL EVENT STYLING

gorgeous bride

Nadine is confident, calm, and a perfectionist.

She wants to know all about the details of your wedding - how you met, when you fell in love, what makes you smile - so that she can help you look and feel like the unique and beautiful woman you are.

Tips for getting gorgeous

  • Start to work a a skin and hair regime 6 months out from the wedding. You may find the perfect look for you requires a change of hair colour, or a new skin care program. It's best to start early.
  • Consider a trial run of your hair and makeup 3 months before the wedding. Trials normally take 2-3 hours and will give you an indication of what's possible.
  • In the week leading up to the wedding you'll need a few days off to have a manicure, pedicure, waxing, haircut and colour, and tan.
  • Don't forget to order your lip colour to touch-ups: 12 hours is a long time for your lips to stay perfect.
  • Wash your hair twice on your special day, towel dry and condition the mid-lenths through to the ends.
  • Rinse your hair thoroughly - it helps if you tip your head upside down
  • Blast dry your hair to ensure root lift.
  • Don't give yourself a treatment or flat iron your hair 24 hours before your wedding day.
  • Cleanse, scrub and lightly moisturise your skin 1 hour before my arrival using your regular products - not anything new!
  • Now is the time to eat your breakfast and brush your teeth. Don't wait until your makeup is on.
  • Wear a strapless top or dress during the prep' time (robes have big collars that mess up your beautiful hairstyle).
  • Have fun on the day by preparing some of your favourite music or having a selection of kitsch wedding movies to watch. Great time to enjoy yourself with people you love.
